Chairperson Earhart called meeting to order at 9:00 AM

Present were Earhart, Schottle, Collard, and Delamater

Agenda was approved after Street Trees and Liability Event Insurance.

No Public Comments were received.

New Business: "^:

Street Trees: Manager explained various options dealing with the Bradford Pears.

A. Leave as is

B. Trim existing,

C. Remove

D.  Remove and Replace.

After much discussion the committee would like to see the trees removed and replaced.

Liability Insurance for Park Events. There was much discussion on this subject on whether 
The Village should not require insurance, require insurance, that the Village should provide a 
rider for special events. The current policy requires insurance. This policy will remain in effect 
at this time.  Manager was instructed to check with insurance company on exactly what our 
insurance will cover for special events and the cost for adding riders.

A) Cemetery Budget:

Other than the typically operating budget committee would like to see the Entrance sign 
replaced, continue tree trimming, improve north east intersection and additional street signs, 
in the next budget.

 
B) Park Budget  
 

Even though the committee did not have park figures it was assumed they would at a minimum

place operating funds available to operate the parks. They would like to continue plan to 
improve Wiseman Park with a parking lot and horseshoe pits.
