Information and comments:

  1. The higher water loss was due primarily to the water main project, flushing of 
    the water main and new services
  2. Leaf Vac. Is finished. It went very well.   There were no major 
    equipment failures. Limited complaints. With in Budget.
  3. All plow equipment has been put to use. The new salt spreader works well. 
    Still waiting for the new truck to be set up. Could be another month or two.
  4. Budget preperation moving along with full participation from Gary and Jason.
  1. Sludge removal was completed. A total of 742,500 pounds of sludge was removed 
    from 362,000 gallons A21of waste water mix.
  2. Discharge has been completed this year.
  3. As of December 8th all residents planned for connection to the water system 
    have been connected.
  4. Our new shed at the water tower is complete.
  5. The lightning that destroyed our controls at the tower were replaced. Approximately 
    $1,850.  Insurance paid $850. We also added additional lightning arresters on the electrical 
    and phone line. We also added a grounding system to the electrical and control panel

in the new building.
