LAKEVIEW FARMERS MARKET

The 2026 Lakeview Farmers' Market will operate on Saturdays beginning June 27 through
September 26 from 9am-noon at Kelsey Square, 420 S. Lincoln Avenue Lakeview MI 48850.

VENDORS: If you'd like to become a vendor the booth fee is $10/week, $35/month, or $150/
year. (The 2026 season has 14 Saturdays) You can pay week to week or commit to the
monthly or annual permit. Please see peddler’s permit application for more details. All vendors
must complete a peddler’s permit either in advance at the Village Complex (208 S. Lincoln
Avenue) or on the day of your first time vending you can complete your paperwork with the
volunteer on duty. Either Cash or check made out to the Village of Lakeview are accepted. If
you’d like to fill your peddler’s permit out in advance you can do so by visiting: https://

ITEMS PERMITTED
produce, baked goods, handmade items, artwork, plants, etc. Please note: the Farmers'
market is not intended for garage sale type items or multi-level marketing businesses at this
time.

SET UP:
Booth spaces will be clearly marked under the Kelsey Square Community Pavilion and
available on a first come first serve basis. Overflow spaces are available in the grass on the
south side of the pavilion. Please bring your own table and chairs and set up should be
completed before 8:45am. A market volunteer will be on site to assist and collect fees.
Vehicles are not permitted under the pavilion or backed up to the pavilion at any time.
Vehicles can be temporarily parked in the alley or parking spots for unloading purposes
only. This policy will be strictly enforced. Vendors, please help keep the parking spaces
directly in front of the farmers’ market open during operating hours by parking vehicles in one
of the nearby parking lots after set up is complete.
Food trucks may set up between the pavilion and the building and may utilize the village’s
power bank. You can enter via the alley off Lincoln Ave next to the building or the parking lot off
Washington Ave.

KID ROW:
Youth vendors 14 and under are free of charge and must be supervised by a parent or
guardian. There is also no charge for non-profit and community groups wanting to set up an
informational booth.

LABELING:
Be advised that vendor booths are vendor responsibility and if you are selling food not
inspected by the health department you must include a label indicating so.

MUSICIANS/ENTERTAINMENT:
We warmly welcome entertainers. Those interested in participating during any farmers’ market
